The Welin-Lock® system is a universal quick-detach (QD) piston interface developed by Aim7. It allows users to rapidly attach and remove suppressors using a standardized QD barrel adapter and piston setup—ideal for situations where speed and reliability are critical.

  • 3 mounting positions spaced 120° apart for fast and secure installation

  • Forward taper that helps reduce suppressor baffle strikes

  • Coarse, top-cut threads for improved durability and ease of maintenance

  • Made from 17-4 stainless steel with a QPQ nitride finish for enhanced wear resistance

  • Installs using a ¾″ (19 mm) socket, tightened to ~20 ft-lbs
