Aim7 Welin-Lock Rear Mount 1.125×28 (1 1/8×28) SUS303 STEEL

Aim7 Welin-Lock Rear Mount screws into the rear of the suppressor tube to allow for attachment via Welin-Lock. To mount your suppressor using Welin-Lock, you will need this Welin-Lock Rear Mount as well as a Welin-Lock barrel adapter (sold separately).

SUS303 (AISI 303 / EN 1.4305) Stainless Steel — Hardness

  • Material Type: Austenitic stainless steel, free-machining grade (higher sulfur content for better machinability).

  • Typical Hardness (Annealed / Solution Annealed condition):

    • ~160–190 HB (Brinell Hardness)

    • Equivalent to about 85 HRB (Rockwell B scale).

  • After Cold Working / Work Hardening:

    • Can reach ~200–240 HB (approx. 95 HRB).

  • Heat Treatment:

    • Not hardenable by heat treatment (like most austenitic stainless steels).

    • Only strengthened by cold working.
