Description
Aim7 MATRA Ultra D2 1.375X24 Booster Housing & Breek Arms BFO
This can also be used with the EXPLORR® utility mount series.
The booster housing itself is manufactured from solid, high-temperature corrosion-resistant 17-4 Stainless Steel, and then H900 heat treated to maximize service life and has a lustrous black nitride finish. The outer thread pitch of the housing itself is 1.375×24, a common industry standard for many 1.5″ tube body suppressors. This thread pitch is also known as HUB, universal, and others. Our booster piston springs (replacements available separately), manufactured from 17-7 stainless steel wire, offer excellent resistance to corrosion, superior fatigue properties, and exceptional rigidity and durability. The booster housing piston retainer nut is constructed from 6061 T6 aluminum, with type 3 mil-spec hard coat anodizing. The thread pitch of the booster housing piston retainer nut is 1.125×28, the same booster housing piston retainer nut utilized by the Pistol suppressor booster housing assembly.
This booster housing (available for purchase by itself) is a great option for customers who want to keep a 3-lug interface assembled in a booster housing and swap booster housings when changing between fixed barrel and tilt barrel applications. This is also a great option for form 1 builders who need a booster assembly to make their firearm reliably cycle when suppressed.

The BFO Caged Flash Hider is machined out of heat-treated 4140 then nitrided offering exceptional strength and reliability. The primary function of the BFO diminish muzzle flash by dispersing and redirecting the escaping gases generated by the fired round, thus minimizing the signature flash produced at the muzzle maintaining your tactical advantage in critical situations.
The BFO’s internal threads is a significant design advantage offering even more flash suppression over standard flash hiders. The reduced flash not only helps maintain a clear sight picture but also reduces the chances of the shooter being temporarily blinded in low-light conditions, ensuring optimal visibility and target acquisition. The BFO also keeps the prongs closed which eliminates the well-known “ring”, increases strength, and is a more classic flash hider look. It features a sleek, low-profile design that integrates seamlessly with your system, maintaining a clean and streamlined appearance.
