The Lone Wolf Distributors tungsten guide rod assembly is a complete drop-in unit. A solid one-piece tungsten guide rod is precision CNC-machined to accept a removable 3/32 Allen head tip for spring changes. This innovative design makes the LWD guide rod assembly the most durable and long-lasting system available anywhere.
Lone Wolf tungsten guide rods provide a decisive advantage for all Glock® owners by providing a 100% weight increase at the front of the Glock® 17 Gen3 pistol versus a stainless steel guide rod assembly (0.544 oz vs. 1.088 oz). This extra weight helps reduce muzzle rise, allowing for quicker follow-up shots. The rigid tungsten body improves lock up by completely removing “guide rod flex.”
